ACT2SMS - Australia users only
We are excited about being able to offer ACT! users the facility to send SMS messages to contacts with mobile phones, directly from ACT!.
Outgoing messages go directly to the contacts Mobile Number and the message is added to the contact's history in ACT. Replies from the contact's mobile phone return to the sender's email inbox as an email.
You need
- The ACT2SMS program purchased from ACT Specialists.
- An account with SMSGlobal
- ACT Specialists will install the program and create your account at SMSGlobal and set up the preferences in SMS Global
Costs: (All are excluding GST)
- Ongoing message charges are purchased directly from SMSGlobal. Messages
are priced @ $0.08 per message and dropping from there depending on
volume. Message credits are purchased in advance using Credit Card or
Direct Credit payments to SMSGlobal.
The ongoing charges can be viewed http://www.smsglobal.com/en-au/sms/pricing.php Their charges are lower than most but not the lowest in the industry but their system is the best to interface with ACT! - The program price (Program, setup and instructions) is $150 for the first user, then add $75 for each additional user for the next 5 users and then $50 per user after that.

Setup fees are as follows:
1.The setup for a single user will be $150
2.The setup for 2 users will be $150 + $75
3.The setup for 6 users will be $150 + 4 * $75 + 1*$50 = $480
4.The set for 10 users will be $150 + 4 * $75 + 4 * $50 = $680
